Michael & Erika planted the InnerCHANGE Miami team in the West Coconut Grove neighborhood in 2005. They currently live in the East Colfax Neighborhood of Aurora/Denver, CO where they are a part of a new team exploration. Their primary roles are to serve as members of the InnerCHANGE Horizons Team.

The Horizons Team stewards the emergence of new teams and initiatives by scouting and exploring new team sites for InnerCHANGE and gathering new team members and coaching them as they plant into these new contexts. They also help to catalyze new initiatives that support and multiply the effectiveness of InnerCHANGE's work among the poor.
